Union Collective is a curated assembly of independently-owned, Baltimore-based businesses set under one roof and anchored by UNION Craft Brewing. Housed in a 155,000 sq. ft former Sears warehouse the Union Collective has revitized an industrial area into a vibrant manufacturing, retail, and community gathering space in Baltimore City.

Earth Treks
Earth Treks Hampden is a space for those who love adventure and fitness to come together and share their passion for climbing. It features 10,000 square feet of climbing terrain as well as a yoga studio, functional fitness and cardio zones, training areas and retail pro-shop.

The Charmery
Charm City’s local hand-crafted ice cream shop – scooping fun flavors that make Baltimore so delicious! The Charmery hand crafts super-premium ice cream that focuses on the fun flavors that make Baltimore so delicious. We use the best possible ingredients, supporting local farmers and producers whenever possible.

Baltimore Spirits Company
Copper pot stills. Open top wooden fermentation. Unique geothermal cooling. Our distillery is a mix of state-of-the art and old world distilling, designed to create the most expressive spirits possible.

Well Crafted Kitchen
Well Crafted Kitchen is a locally sourced wood fired kitchen located in the Union Craft Brewing taproom as part of Union Collective. Our locally inspired menu is full of creative & traditional pizzas.

Vent Coffee Roasters
Vent Coffee Roasters is a small batch roaster and a full coffee and espresso bar offering traditional espresso drinks, Nitro Cold Brew on tap, and coffee ‘mock’-tails, as well as slow bar options of Aeropress and Chemex. Vent also serves locally sourced pastries and the owner’s family recipes of baklava and Greek butter cookies.
